StayTDesk is a property management platform designed for short-term rental operators. The Service includes booking management, payment tracking, cleaning task management, staff management, and reporting features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. You can export your data at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
